monitors a network of over 5,000 smart meters with the capacity to expand exponentially to

Sub-metering allows property managers to protect themselves from the uncertainty
of utility costs and unanticipated consumption. Tenants benefit from sub-metering
by being assured they are paying only for what they have consumed. FSI provides
a wide range of sub-metering services including billing determinants files for in-house
billing, customized reports or spreadsheets, and direct data transfers into third-party databases
or billing systems.
Analysis Tools:

of energy use requires knowing where and when it is used. Our on-line energy analysis tools
tools allow you to pinpoint when and where your energy is being used so that you can
identify areas for reduction. Basic functions allow the user to chart and graph their
consumption over the last month, week, or day showing your consumption broken down to the
hour. More advanced features allow the user to produce reports including consumption,
demand, and time-of-use over any period down to the nearest minute. FSI understands that
