Obsidian's consumer level offering is an energy management website geared specifically toward energy consumers and managers.

When logged in to the secure website, users can produce an assortment of graphs and reports of the live data collected by their smart meter(s). Consumers are able to pinpoint where, when and how much energy is used, identify areas of excessive and/or unnecessary consumption, and track their energy conservation efforts. Administrators are given additional access to monitor their tenant's consumption well as other management related features including the ability to download in CSV and other raw data formats.

Obsidian's web portal is fully compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+ with support for Firefox, Opera, and other popular browsers without the need for 3rd party plug-ins.
